Job Overview:

The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the execution of business strategies to drive company revenue. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

• Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.

• Assist in developing business development strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel, if required.
